Orange Dreamsicle Shake

This is one of my favorite post workout shakes. It takes me back to a time when I would eat boxes and boxes of dreamsicles (you know the ice cream bar). I love to drink this to help with my muscle recovery and boost my protein intake. Give this recipes a try!

Ingredients

1/2 cup of Milk (of your choice)

1/2 cup of Orange Juice

1 cup of Ice

1 scoop of Orange Whey Recover or your favorite Vanilla Shake Mix

1 tsp of Vanilla Extract

Instructions

Place milk, orange juice, ice, and Orange Whey Recover, in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
